Meet CARMILLA RENÁ

Back in 2002, I bought my first home in Summerville, South Carolina, excited but unsure of what I was doing. My agent didn’t fully explain the process, and I never forgot what it felt like to make such a big decision without feeling completely informed.

I grew up in Charleston and have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2011. That first home-buying experience still shapes the way I serve my clients today. Before any buyer or seller signs paperwork with me, we sit down and walk through the process from start to finish so they know what to expect, what decisions are ahead, and how our team will support them.

My certification as a KW Luxury Agent with Keller Williams Charleston Mt. Pleasant reflects the standard of service I believe every client deserves, regardless of the price of the home. To me, luxury isn’t a price point. It’s being prepared, communicating well, giving honest advice, paying attention to the details, and providing experienced guidance from our first conversation through closing.
